We use reputable courier services to deliver your orders both domestically and internationally. We offer standard shipping for all orders (which becomes free if your order is over 300BGN), and express shipping options are available upon request.

We offer fixed shipping rates that do not vary based on the weight or dimensions of the products in your order. The shipping costs for your order will be determined by your location and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. We aim to provide transparent and consistent shipping cost information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
 

Domestic Shipping:
For domestic orders, we estimate that your products will arrive within 1-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
 

International Shipping:
For international orders, we estimate that your products will arrive within
7-28 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing that may be required.
 

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged when your package arrives in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Payment on Delivery:
For domestic orders, we offer payment on delivery (POD) as an option. This means that you can pay for your order in cash when you receive it. Please note that there is an additional fee for this service.
