Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RBT Custom. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or installed. Please note that used items, such as used motorcycle parts, clothing, or accessories, cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to RBT Custom. Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 10 business days.
 

Please note that returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
 

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to arrange for a replacement or refund.
